1-on-1 Training

STC offers Individualized training for all of its clients. However we realize some clients prefer a one-on-one setting. Private one-on-one training sessions are tailor made to fulfill your exercise needs. Contact us and ask how you can schedule private one-on-one training sessions with any one of our certified trainers.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training, is one certified personal trainer coaching  2-5 others in the same session. It is a perfect way to get into shape with friends, and get more attention in a smaller group. Contact us and ask how you can schedule a semi-private training sessions with any one of our certified trainers.

Brad Sorabella

Brad is a certified USA boxing, and a certified Russian Kettlebell level II instructor. He has been boxing for several years, and holds a successful amateur boxing background. He learned the sport of boxing from some of the top amateur boxers in New England.

Andrew graduated with his degree in Exercise Physiology Kinesiology in 2006 and has clocked in over 5,000 hours in personal training and group training. Andrews expertise lies in power lifting, strength training.
