About Sorabella Training Center
STC offers Group Classes, Private One-on-one and Semi-Private classes. We create innovating workouts involving boxing, kettlebells, battle ropes and other exercises guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life. Whether you’re an accomplished athlete or a stay at home mom, STC will create a workout regiment custom-tailored to fit your every need.
Come try your first class FREE! Boxing conditioning, Technique, Kettlebell and Boot Camp classes are available. We also provide an all women’s conditioning class twice a week! No need to sign up ahead of time. Drop-in for a group class, we guarantee you will love it!

Sorabella Training Center is comprised of a likeminded group of dedicated and experienced trainers. Each member of our staff is a certified instructor with a wealth of experience in both boxing and personal training. We are here to help you achieve your goals. "Me and my roommate went to STC just to try our hand in something we were both interested in, boxing. Neither of us were in great shape, and we had no idea what to expect. "This is the best gym I have ever been to. I have been going to the women’s class consistently for about a year now. I still find the workouts challenging but fun, and it’s different every time I go. The guys are all so nice. The boxing gym is not their career but their passion–and it shows. The gym is growing a lot but is still small enough that each time you go, you are greeted by name and with a smile (and often a fist bump!) A more corporate boxing gym opened in my town, but I still drive the half hour to this gym because of all of the above reasons. The workouts are hard but worth it! The instructors are tough and will push and encourage you, but they also recognize when you need a quick break. By the end of each class I am tired and sore, but I feel stronger and more accomplished every time. I highly recommend this gym, and with the first class being free, you have nothing to lose by giving it a try!"
