Each class consists of exercises that are easily modified to help get the most out of your performance. With a staff to client ratio of 1:3, STC has the opportunity to provide exercise modifications to clients without interrupting the flow of the class. Not making participants feel singled out. STC is well-aware of how varied the human body can be, and we provide a workout tailor made for your specific needs. Feel free to fill out a waiver form ahead of time and drop in for a class. This class is for all levels. Train how a boxer trains. Build lean muscle, burn calories and develop functional strength. Achieve the core strength you always wanted! You will work combinations on the heavy bag, perform bodyweight exercises and circuits. This class is a full hour workout. STC also offers a women’s condition class.
Learn how to move like a boxer. Tighten up your punches and focus on polishing your skills. You will work on offense, defense, head movement and footwork. Discuss boxing strategies and the fundamentals to become a better boxer. For any member who has goals to compete or spar, technique class is required. To participate in technique class you must know how to wrap your own hands.
Kettlebell lead by two certified RKC instructors. There are many benefits of kettlebell practice. Expect to build strength, endurance/cardio, weight management, flexibility, total body conditioning and develop athleticism. Proper kettlebell practice reinforces natural movement patterns. Combined with the correct diet, kettlebells provide a fast, reliable and highly effective way to burn fat and build lean, dense muscle.
This class involves exercises that will help gain strength, speed, power, quickness and agility. You’ll work throughout the gym to various challenging stations. Boot Camp works your whole body, so be ready to push yourself harder than ever did before!
Punches & Crunches
This class is a heavy bag/core focused work out. During this hour you will perform combinations on the heavy bag and core developing exercises off the bag. If you are looking to burn calories and achieve a stronger core, this class is worth checking out!
This is not a group class. If you would like to work out on your own, STC offers an open gym on Sunday’s from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM! We have a wide variety of equipment available; Heavy bags, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Barbells, Bumper plates and more! Rates: $20 Drop-in fee or One Punch. Free for all Unlimited Members.
