At STC, we train with a purpose. Anybody can make someone tired, but not everyone can make someone better. Quality over quantity is a key element of Sorabella Training. Every member is encouraged to participate at their own unique level. We offer multiple training programs and with consistency and hard work, you will lose body fat, increase muscle mass, and improve cardiac capacity.
Our group classes provide proper warm-up and activation routines that any boxer or athlete might use. We teach you the proper stance, footwork, and punches to ensure you are efficient and stay injury free. Other essential movement patterns are evaluated to address any areas of immobility and relative strength. We can accommodate all levels of boxing and fitness. We make sure to provide modifications to help you progress to your full potential.
